Set in green English gardens, Merano's 4-star Classic Hotel Meranerhof features elegant interiors. The promenade and old town are 5 minutes’ walk away and the thermal baths are just across the road.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering views over the mountains or the hotel gardens. All have free Wi-Fi access and satellite TV, while some boast a balcony.

The spa centre features a free indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath and gym. Beauty and massage treatments are also available on request. Meranerhof Hotel rents out bikes.

The restaurant serves five-course gourmet meals. Special dinners are organised each week and barbecues, Italian buffets, and local speciality evenings, are arranged regularly.
